This component has the core Models/Objects that are used everywhere, such as
Lane,ModelComponentandVersionobjects.Making it a core-aspect helps for external aspects to re-use the exact same files and not getting the infamous TS error of "Types have separate declarations of a private property" or "Property X is protected but type Y is not a class derived from Y".
